How to shop and make payment

Step by step to teach you how to make payment via LOVENPLAIN website:

  • After checkout, you need to fill up the details and click "Continue to shipping"as shown as below thereafter choose the area you would like to ship to complete the order.
  • Also, you may apply coupon if there is any, key in the coupon code on "Discount Code" column and you will see the total amount has been deducted which means you applied the coupon successfully. Then, choose the payment method to proceed payment.
  • We provide Credit or Debit card / Online banking (Bank Deposit) method to proceed payment
  • For online banking please following steps as below;
        * Pls use INSTANT TRANSFER.
        * Pls fill in ORDER ID in the reference.
        * Pls send us your transaction document, screenshot photo to our WhatsApp
          OR IG INBOX once the payment has been done
        * Therefore, you will receive a delivery email when the order has been shipped.

 ⚠️For the customer who choose bank transfer if DID NOT make payment within 15minute system will automatically cancel it this is to be fair to customer who pay in the first place⚠️
