Returns & Exchange Policy

Support for 5 days with no reason to return

  • Purchases that are of wrong sizing or change of mind.For exchange of item, Customers are required to drop us a message on Instagram or WhatsApp within 5 days upon receiving their parcel if EXCEEDED 5 days we STRICTLY DID NOT provide exchange service.

  • Provide return & exchange for all items, except Sales items (eg : special codes discount/clearance sales) Return can only made ONE TIME per order number. Meaning that any order made with store credit voucher cannot be returned the consequent time.

Once the order has been made are NOT ALLOWED for refund

► All items must not be worn, washed, signs of staining, scents from perfume/fragrances and detergent. Clothing tag must be attached and in its original condition when shipped out. Any form of disarray that warrants the item unsuitable for resale will not be exchanged. Please note that we will not approve a return request after 5 days.

The items you return can be exchanged with other products in store OR we provide store credit voucher (VALID FOR ONE YEAR) if EXCEEDED the dateline we DID NOT ALLOWED EXCHANGE/REFUND and the credit will forfeit as well.

► Customers whom returns products without any manufacturing defect will have to bear the cost of two way shipping charges which is return and resend. (Seller DID NOT provide shipping arrangement as well )

► Store credit voucher are not include shipping fees charges

Kindly take note If the customer did not inform to exchange product within 5 days upon receiving their parcel we will automatically send out the store credit voucher.

What should I do if I received defected / incorrect item?

  • Customers are required to drop us a message on Instagram or WhatsApp within 5 days upon receiving their parcel.

  • Customer must make any claims of defects with attachment clear pictures to us.

  • We will do an exchange for the exact same item. Only in the event that the item is Out Of Stock , customer can request to exchange for another item of the same or higher value (Top-up is required) or refund via BANK TRANSFER ONLY. 

  • All items must not be worn, washed, signs of staining, scents from perfume/fragrances and detergent. Clothing tag must be attached and in its original condition when shipped out. Any form of disarray that warrants the item unsuitable for resale will not be exchanged.

 

If above issue happens SELLER will bear ALL the shipping charges.(Shipping arrange by BUYER to send back and MUST provide shipping costs receipt to claim)

Definition of non-defect items:
  • Minor loose threads, irregular fold or wrinkle produced by crumpling, color may differs slightly from the pictures shown at online website.

  • Item design is slightly different from the picture displayed (e.g. button or hardware).

  • unopened buttonholes, loose stitched button, uncut stitching string, staining (less than 3cm), +/- 3cm sizing, different from expectation and slight colour difference from screen. Colour fade, color stain, torn and size shrinking caused by inappropriate washing method are not considered as defect items too.

    Step 2: MUST remark your Facebook Name / Instagram ID Name / WhatsApp Number which you used to contact us to request return items on the paper provided inside your parcel.

    Step 3: Post out your return to us (address will be given)

    Step 4: After we received the parcel we will post out your exchange OR provide store credit voucher.
