• For online banking please following steps as below;

        * Pls use INSTANT TRANSFER.
        * Pls fill in ORDER ID in the reference.
        * Pls send us your transaction document, screenshot photo to our WhatsApp OR IG INBOX once the payment has been done

⚠️For the customer who choose bank transfer if DID NOT make payment within 15minute system will automatically cancel it this is to be fair to customer who pay in the first place⚠️

Once the payment has been done for READY STOCK item we will ship out on the next day except of weekend and public holiday.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we may contact you via email.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Our shipping rate and the estimated time of arrival are as follows:

W. Malaysia: Flat rate shipping of RM8. Free shipping for orders above RM200.

E. Malaysia: Flat rate shipping of 1-2pcs RM17 and above 3pcs shipping charges will be RM29. For orders above RM300 are entitled free shipping.

 

Do you have pick-up services?

Unfortunately no, we do not have a pick-up service at the moment.

 

How do I change my delivery information?

You won’t be able to amend your delivery info for an order once your order is placed.

We ONLY accept returns for the following reasons: 

• Incorrect Items
• Defective Items

-Items must be UNWASHED/UNWORN/UNTORN and in brand new condition. 

*All tags should be attached to garments AND in original packaging

-Sales items cannot be returned for exchange, credit or refund unless it's defective.

We accept refund via BANK TRANSFER ONLY
