EXCHANGE POLICY

Kindly check the measurement before made your order.

► ALL ITEMS are strictly NOT allow to Exchange or Refund after purchase is made no matter free size or have sizes item 

UNLESS under the following circumstances for which the goods may be return or refund:

1. Manufacturing defects;
2. Non-conforming items delivered / Wrong items delivered.

• Defectives Items that are terribly damage or serious stained and incorrect Items can be return to us within 7 days upon receiving the package. (FIRST DAY COUNTED FROM THE DATE YOU RECEIVE) Please ensure that products are unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused pieces with their original tag. Please note that we will not approve a return request after 7 days.

Please take note as;

►NoCash Refund, Store Credit or Exchange, For Following reasons such as “I changed my mind” ,  “I don’t want it anymore”, "Not Suitable", "Not Match", "Not Fit" or Wrongly Purchased Size and colour......

 NON-RETURNABLE / NON-EXCHANGEABLE SECTION

• Minor loose threads, irregular fold or wrinkle produced by crumpling, color may differs slightly from the pictures shown at online website.

• Item design is slightly different from the picture displayed (e.g. button or hardware).

• Return or exchange is not allowed if size measurement differs about 1-3cm.

• All SALE and promotional-priced items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

• Please take note that all measurement , color shown are for reference purposes only, some time it might be slightly different in 1-3cm, and the color shown on different type of monitors may have slightly different. If you are very particular on this, you reserved the right of not to order from us to avoid further dispute and argument.
