Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we may contact you via email.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Our shipping rate and the estimated time of arrival are as follows:

Singapore orders:

1-2pcs RM35 after that ➕ one pcs each RM5
For orders above RM400 are entitled free shipping

Hong Kong & Macao orders:

1-2pcs RM95 after that ➕one pcs each RM15

 Taiwan orders:

1-2pcs RM95 after that ➕one pcs each RM15

How do I change my delivery information?
